Delivery

We offer Royal Mail 24 hours tracked delivery to any postcode within the UK, ensuring your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. While we take great care to ensure your order leaves our HQ in perfect condition, please note that we have no control over how it is handled once it leaves our premises.

Custom Order
We welcome bespoke and custom orders! Please note that bespoke biscuit orders orders require at least 4 weeks notice, while a Loubolton orders require at least 6 weeks. Contact us today to start creating your one-of-a-kind, email claire@creatingsweetmemories.co.uk

Ingredients & Allergens

​All of my biscuits and chocolates are vegetarian friendly, I may occasionally include non-vegetarian ingredients in some of my special orders. It is always best to check the ingredients and allergen sticker on your product before consuming. Whilst my biscuits do not contain any nuts, I can not guarantee  against traces of nuts as I do handle nuts within my kitchen. I am therefore unable to cater for serious nut allergies.

Gifting

As the majority of my orders are gifts, I don't include any invoices, payment details, or cost details within the order. If you do require an invoice please feel free to email me and I can provide one for you. claire@creatingsweetmemories.co.uk

Wrong or Damaged Order

I'm so sorry that your order hasn’t arrived as expected. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, so if I've made a mistake, or your item has arrived damage in transit, I will offer a replacement.

Please get in touch with me ASAP via email at claire@creatingsweetmemories.co.uk including your name, a description of the issue and a picture of any damage and I'll get back to you ASAP to resolve the issue for you.
